1. Program Overview
UQ's Women in Engineering Program (WE) is committed to inspiring young women to pursue a career in engineering. Established in 2013, the industry-funded, university-led program aims to improve gender diversity in the engineering workforce. Through workshops, events, and presentations the program educates, supports and connects future generations of women engineers.
