This 4-day exciting holiday program explores Engineering, Design and Computing, with days 1–3 focusing on one study area per day. The program will culminate on day 4 with a design and build project in UQ’s very own makerspace – UQ Innovate.
Students will learn to think like engineers, architects, designers, urban planners, and computing professionals through hands-on and interactive
workshops and presentations, facilitated by lecturers and Student Ambassador team. There will also be the chance to explore our campus and discover all there is to offer at UQ.
Here’s what you’ll get into:
- Hands on workshops: Work on real projects, experiment, solve problems and challenge your brain.
- Connect with experts: Meet UQ students and academics who are pros in their fields, ready to share insights and answer your questions.
- Check out facilities: Learn in the same labs and spaces where our own UQ students work and bring ideas to life every day.
