Help us prepare students to thrive in a competitive job market by contributing to co-designed workshops, impactful events, and strategic industry collaborations. Together, we can build students' confidence and equip them with the knowledge and skills to begin successful careers.
Here are some of the events and initiatives you can get involved in:
FutureWork Immersion
On-site workshop + industry challenge. Host 20–30 students at your workplace for a hands-on, team-based workshop. Students tackle a real challenge or case study from your business, guided by your team. Students workshop ideas and propose solutions, gaining a unique insight into their future careers.
Career Converstions
Panel discussion + networking. Join a relaxed, on-campus panel with 3–4 professionals sharing their career journeys, lessons learned, and advice for students. Each session ends with student Q&A and informal networking. Panels can be tailored around specific sectors or employability themes.
Site tours
Behind-the scenes look at your workplace. Invite students to see your workplace in action. Whether it’s a tech hub, design studio, construction site or engineering office. Site tours offer students valuable exposure to working environments, helping them to better understand what day to day working life looks like in your industry.
Industry masterclass
On campus employability session. Deliver a presentation that shares practical advice and insights from your area of expertise. Sessions might focus on technologies used in your field, emerging trends and workplace expectations - or work with us to tailor something unique.
