1. The flipped classroom
Our teaching-focussed academic team is leading the way internationally with an innovative ‘flipped classroom’ learning approach, challenging students to think and act like professionals from their very first day at University. Class time is spent on collaborative inquiry-based learning that supports hands-on engineering design projects or studio-based learning in architecture, allowing for the integration of both knowledge and professional practice through authentic experiences.
