Why did you choose to study at UQ?
The primary reason why I choose to study at UQ is because of its worldwide ranking and global recognition. Moreover, UQ is a research-based university which allows me to gain more hands-on practical experience in my degree. Also, UQ has very strong industry connections which paves the way for valuable internships and business opportunities.
What do you love most about your degree?
The best part about studying Engineering at UQ is the practicals as I get to use the latest machinery and software.
What’s been your favourite course so far and why?
MECH 3610 (Systems Engineering Principles) has been my favourite course so far as it allowed me to gain knowledge about project management and develop the required skills. Moreover, this cours also taught me cost analysis and developed my procurement skills.
