Why did you choose to study at UQ?
I chose to study at the University of Queensland because of its renowned faculty in both IT and Business Management fields and because of its dual degree program. Additionally, UQ's strong industry connections offer valuable networking opportunities, and its beautiful campus provides an inspiring environment for learning and growth.
What’s been your favourite course so far and why?
My favourite course so far has been the Design Thinking course. It provided a refreshing perspective on problem-solving, emphasizing empathy, creativity, and collaboration. I enjoyed how it encouraged thinking outside the box and approaching challenges from a human-centred perspective, which aligns well with my passion for creating user-centric software solutions.
If you could give one piece of advice to someone considering studying at UQ, what would that be?
My advice would be to fully immerse yourself in all the opportunities the university offers. Take advantage of the rich academic resources, engage with faculty members and fellow students, participate in extracurricular activities, and explore the vibrant campus life. UQ provides a supportive environment for growth and learning, so make the most of it by embracing every opportunity to expand your knowledge, skills, and experiences
