  • Mary-Anne McCarthy, Managing Director – Health & Public Service, Accenture
    Mary-Anne has been with Accenture since 1998, leading enterprise-scale consulting and technology initiatives. As head of the Health & Public Service practice, she focuses on reinvention, adaptability, and steering complex transformations that impact thousands of people.
  • Joanne Edington, Associate Director, Accenture
    With 25 years in the tech industry and two decades specialising in Siebel CRM, Joanne has delivered transformation programs worth over $1 billion. She has led cloud migration and upgrade initiatives, taught and mentored future professionals, and is a strong advocate for women in technology leadership.
  • Iyari Cevallos, Board Chair, Women in Technology (WiT)
    Iyari brings more than 20 years of experience guiding business and digital transformation across government, not-for-profit, mining, superannuation, and utilities in Australia and internationally. As Board Chair at WiT, she champions empowerment, leadership, and meaningful change in the tech industry.
  • Mike Roddy, Founder & Director, Techforce Recruitment
    Mike specialises in connecting IT and executive talent with opportunities across the industry. As a recruiter, mentor, and podcast host, he offers practical insights into career development and what employers look for in graduates entering the workforce.
