WE Spring into Engineering Holiday Program

Hosted by The University of Queensland’s (UQ) Women in Engineering program, this three-day holiday program is designed for women in grades 11 and 12 who are interested in learning more about the diverse engineering opportunities at UQ. Through hands-on confidence-building activities, students will experience life as a student engineer by working in teams to build on their communication and problem-solving skills.
Students will tour the state-of-the-art facilities in the engineering precinct with a focus on our sustainable footprint and will also experience a day in the life of an engineer with an offsite Industry Day on the final day of the holiday program.  

Date: Monday 25 to Wednesday 27 September 2023 
Time: 9am-2pm each day
