About Hassell:

Our purpose is to design the world's best places – places people love.

Hassell is a global practice employing approximately 800 people across nine studios in 5 countries. For over 80+ years, we've worked on projects of every scale and type, from iconic public buildings to entire city precincts – and everything in between.

Globalisation, climate change, urbanisation, and digitisation present new opportunities and challenges for how we live.

In this fast-changing context, we bring together the best designers and thinkers in a unique collaborative process that results in both beautiful design and measurable value.

We work across architecture, landscape architecture, interior design and urban design - a rich multi-disciplinary mix of skills and perspectives that unlocks the economic, social and cultural value of projects. We combine our creative design expertise with capabilities in strategy, research, technology and experience design, and we regularly collaborate with experts and partners from further afield.

Through our work, we're trying to build a more inclusive, sustainable future for communities - and create a more socially and ecologically resilient world.

Hassell is a progressive employer and our values underpin everything we do. We can only make sound decisions and achieve our purpose of designing the world's best places – places people love, if we're all working with the same values:

  • Explore the possibilities
  • Be passionate about design
  • Think as one
  • Take ownership

Hassell Studios are dynamic and diverse. We are passionate about supporting and growing our talented people through both project and practice culture aspects of work. We are making positive shifts towards equity and diversity. We offer offices with well-being benefits, including a sustainable work hours policy.
