Hi, I'm Ishika!
I'm in my second year of a Bachelor of Computer Science / Master of Cyber Security. In my role with Women in Computing Student Leaders, I talk about my experiences in Computer Science and Cyber Security to help new students.
What (or who) sparked your interest in your degree, and how did you know it was the right path for you?
My interest in the degree was sparked by my brother, who is studying software engineering. Seeing his invigorating assignments and how he could create games and other software from scratch made me want to see what this degree was all about.

My dream job is to work in cyber security, focusing on the field of AI. AI brings many benefits, but there are also significant risks, so it’s important for it to be used safely.
