She has spent more than four decades shaping Australia’s manufacturing and innovation landscape—first as a hands-on systems engineer, then as the long-time General Manager of her family enterprise, B&R Enclosures

As Chair of Bridges Capital Ventures, Chris now guides investments that connect advanced manufacturing, digital transformation, and family-enterprise growth. Her board roles span industry, government, and the arts, including the Industry Capability Network Ltd, Camerata – Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra, and the DCRO Institute (USA).
