Looking inside: Balancing personal and company values

Your core values can give you a sense of purpose and be a guidepost to what will help you shine.

While aligning your career and your core values can bring a sense of satisfaction and fulfilment, there may be times you discover that your personal values do not align with your organisation or where you may be asked to do something that doesn’t quite ‘fit’ - you might feel a lack of connection with your situation or a lack of motivation.

In this panel discussion and workshop, Paul Gleeson and Matt Roskam will bring their experience with working in a transforming industry, how they've used their values to foster change in their company and challenge you to find your own guiding values.
