Please join us for a lunch with a difference with UQ's 'Leaders of Influence' Series.

The Series engages industry leaders to present to our alumni and community on current and critical issues that impact Australian and global engineering, architecture and technology companies.

The Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology warmly invites you to attend a special ‘Leaders of Influence’ Series presentation featuring UQ's newly appointed Adjunct Professor in innovation and entrepreneurship, Carl Hartman, Co-Founder, Temando.

Carl Hartmann is a multi-award winning Australian entrepreneur best known for his work as Co-Founder of Temando. Hartmann has cultivated Temando from a budding idea to a flourishing enterprise that holds a coveted position as one of Australia’s largest and most successful technology start-ups. In 2016 alone, Temando had over 60,000 registered users and processed over 2.8 billion transactions. With Hartmann at the helm, Temando has raised over $56 million in funding and established five major global offices. Read his full bio here.

As a valued member of the UQ community, part of your 'UQ Advantage' is having access to opportunities to network, engage in lively discussion and hear from thought leaders in the industry.

A light lunch will be provided from 12:00pm – 12:30pm, prior to the presentation.
