Energy & Development - CPD Brisbane

This 5-day intensive course explores the social issues and rapidly evolving legal and regulatory frameworks relating to climate change and the global challenges of the 21st Century. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the key drivers of global change including security, equity, and sustainability. The course covers Australian and international policy and legal frameworks, social impact assessment and engagement, and the resilience paradigm for organisation and communities.

This course forms part of the Master of Energy Studies program, there are a limited number of CPD places available for individuals who seek a better understanding of this subject, but who are not registered to the Masters program.
CPD participants will receive a certificate of attendance on completion of the full 5-day course. Participants will be taught by University of Queensland academics, and introduced to industry practitioners and experts
