As part of the Enterprise Skills Suite of Programs, this 45 minute interactive and activity-based workshop on Leadership is for all Faculty of EAIT students. Understand the importance of leadership that is required for the workplace and learn strategies on how you can develop your leadership skills.

You do not need to be at manager-level or supervise projects or people to cultivate and demonstrate leadership skills. Becoming a leader develops a whole set of skills that are sought after by employers.

Learning Objectives

To learn and understand:

  • The benefits and strategies of developing your own leadership skills
  • The differences between leaders and managers
  • The leadership traits of successful leaders
  • How to develop your leadership skills through mentoring

This workshop is open to all Faculty of EAIT students. Register early, as there are limited spots available.

This workshop is very interactive so come along ready to participate and develop your knowledge. We use Zeetings to deliver our content with real-time, interactive features which are best viewed via your laptop.
