Part of the Enterprise Skills Suite of Programs, this 60 minute interactive and activity-based workshop on Communication is for all Faculty of EAIT students. Understand the importance of communication that is required for the workplace and learn strategies on how you can develop your communication skills.

Effective communication is one of the most valuable enterprise skills that will set graduates up for a successful career. Your technical skills are inadequate if you cannot communicate these skills effectively in the workplace. Learn how to not just communicate well; but communicate with impact!

Learning Objectives

To learn and understand:

  • What are communication skills and why they are important
  • Outline of the different verbal and non-verbal communication methods and when to use them
  • Strategies to develop your communication skills in the workplace
  • How to listen more effectively to others

This workshop is open to all Faculty of EAIT students. Register early, as there are limited spots available.

This workshop is very interactive so come along ready to participate and develop your knowledge. We use Zeetings to deliver our content with real-time, interactive features which are best viewed via your laptop.
