As part of the Enterprise Skills Program, this 60 minute interactive and activity-based workshop on Teamwork is for all Faculty of EAIT students. Understand the importance of teamwork that is required for the workplace and learn strategies on how you can develop your teamwork skills.

Team players are not only those who play on sporting teams, they are a vital part of any organisation. Developing your teamwork skills builds positive working relationships that help organisations to achieve goals and meet business objectives.

Learning Objectives

On completion of this workshop, you should be able to:

  • Identify what teamwork skills are and the importance of becoming a valued team member

  • How to develop strategies to overcome teamwork problems and how to communicate this to an employer

  • Describe how to undertake a teamwork activity successful and the ability to reflect on the result of the team

  • Discuss diversity and inclusion and be aware of unconscious bias

This workshop is open to all Faculty of EAIT students. Register early, as there are limited spots available.

This workshop is very interactive so come along ready to participate and develop your knowledge. We use Zeetings to deliver our content with real-time, interactive features which are best viewed via your laptop.
