As part of the Enterprise Skills Program, this 60 minute interactive and activity-based workshop on Resilience is for all Faculty of EAIT students. Understand the importance of resilience that is required for the workplace and learn strategies on how you can develop your resilience and adaptability skills.

The rapid pace of workplace change can present challenges and employers value graduates who demonstrate resilience. Resilience and adaptability are a unique set of skills that are necessary for students to develop for any career journey.

Learning Objectives

On completion of the workshop, you should be able to:

  • Understand resilience and adaptability skills and why they are important for the workplace
  • Describe the types of organisational change and responses to this
  • Discuss strategies for overcoming challenges and cultivating resilience

This workshop is open to all Faculty of EAIT students. Register early, as there are limited spots available.

This workshop is very interactive so come along ready to participate and develop your knowledge. We use Zeetings to deliver our content with real-time, interactive features which are best viewed via your laptop.
