The EAIT Employability Team’s Employer Led Series has been designed to provide students with direct learning and access to ten industry representatives each semester. The program covers a range of recruitment process, career ready and technical topics aiming to provide insightful knowledge that allows our students to be career ready graduates. By attending these sessions’ engineering students will be eligible to claim their attendance as apart of their professional practice hours under category 8.

What to expect to learn:

  • Understanding of current recruitment processes and how to put your best foot forward
  • First-hand advice from leading Industry Representatives
  • Opportunity to build your personal and professional networks

Please note: By attending these sessions, engineering students will be eligible to claim up to professional practice hours under category 8.

Each session is run by a different organisation by their own industry representatives. The sessions will consist of an hour of presentation covering a range of learning objectives, including a Question and Answer Panel. These workshops will then be followed by half hour of networking with the industry representatives, where the students have the opportunity to build your personal and professional networks and also discuss work experience and graduate opportunities.
