Have you ever wondered what happens in an Assessment Centre? Complete the Career Kickstarter Program and join us to find out!

Assessment Centres are used by employers whenever they need to assess a large number of applicants - such as a student internship or graduate program. Typically lasting at least 3 hours, job applicants participate in a number of different activities including interview, cognitive testing and group activity. Notes on your individual performance is recorded by an assessor with the results used to identify which applicants have the right fit for the job available.

Assessment Centres are highly competitive and can be nervewracking. However, the EAIT Assessment Centre gives you an opportunity to practice in the UQ environment with assessors from the Employability Team and their Ambassadors.

The EAIT Assessment Centre repeats every semester and is open to any EAIT student who has completed the Careeer Kickstarter Program topics. Attendance is by invitation only and you may attend in any semester of your choice.

Semester 1: 16 April 2020, 1–4pm
