You probably already have some idea of your strengths and weaknesses but how does that translate into success in a workplace environment? Join this session to understand the different roles people play at work, where you fit and how you can use your team role to your advantage.   

Expected Learning Outcomes:

  • An understanding of the 9 Belbin team roles, associated behaviours and roles in the workplace
  • Receive your report illustrating your role and where you fit in a professional team
  • Learn how to collaborate successfully with other team roles
  • Using your team role for successful career planning

NOTE: TO GAIN FULL BENEFIT FROM THIS SESSION, PLEASE COMPLETE THE BELBIN GETSET SURVEY THAT WILL BE SENT TO YOU 72 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT. THE SURVEY WILL TAKE LESS THAN 5 MINUTES TO COMPLETE WITH THE RESULTS EMAILED TO YOU. PLEASE BRING YOUR RESULTING REPORT WITH YOU TO THE SESSION.
