The University provides many IT services for its students, including free internet access and training courses. All students are issued with a student email account and this is the preferred method of communication with students. You need to check your student email regularly. You can redirect your student email address to a private email account. Insurance cover is provided by the University for you in the form of personal accident insurance (whilst engaged in any activity directly related to your University studies for which you are enrolled including University sanctioned work experience, field activities and excursions) and also public liability insurance for undertaking work experience.
If you are interested in participating in an outgoing student exchange you may be eligible for a Faculty scholarship.
Graduation dates are published on this website as soon as they are approved by the University. After graduation, you may need to register for professional purposes with a registration board; you may need assistance with finding employment or you may wish to join a professional organisation relevant to your qualification. Many EAIT graduates undertake postgraduate study.

Important information for students seeking remission of fee liability:
Students who withdraw:
- after March 31 in first semester,
- after August 31 in second semester, or
- after the second week of semester in summer semester
remain financially liable for Student Contribution Amounts, HECS-HELP, FEE-HELP or tuition fees in that semseter. If you withdraw due to special circumstances (for example, on medical grounds) you can apply to remove your financial liability.
