The Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology is one of seven faculties at The University of Queensland and is characterised by the quality of its graduates, its international research profile and its highly successful links to industry. The Faculty is made up of five schools and one Centre:
- School of Architecture
- School of Chemical Engineering
- School of Civil Engineering
- School of Information Technology & Electrical Engineering
- School of Mechanical and Mining Engineering
- Advanced Water Management Centre.
The schools and Centre undertake teaching and research in the disciplines of architecture, engineering and information technology. The Faculty's mission is to be the premier Australian locus for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and training in the faculty's fields of expertise and to be a world leader in existing and emerging research strengths.
